Both parties undertake to fulfill the duty of confidentiality indefinitely.

Jurisdiction and applicable laws

YOUR SPANISH HUB and the user, will be governed to settle any controversy that may arise from the access, or use of this website, by Spanish legislation, and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Cuenca.

The Spanish version of this document shall prevail in the case of inconsistency.
